About Jonathan A. Bodden

Jonathan A. Bodden, Esq. is an accomplished Florida attorney with nearly ten years of experience in family law, probate/estate planning, and civil litigation. After earning his B.A. in Finance from the University of South Florida, Attorney Bodden pursued a career in law, graduating with his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. He returned home to Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in October 2018.

Upon entering the profession, Attorney Bodden began his legal career with Grant Law Partners, where he specialized in probate/estate planning, family law, and civil litigation, gaining foundational experience in these areas. He later joined Anton Garcia Law, where he further refined his skills in complex family law matters before founding Bodden Law, LLC.

Attorney Bodden is recognized for his strong courtroom advocacy in civil litigation and serves as an aggressive litigator who rigorously advances and protects his clients’ legal interests. He approaches each matter with meticulous preparation, strategic analysis, and an unwavering commitment to achieving results aligned with his clients’ objectives.
